Proverbs 31: 10-31 in my own words.
A holy woman is difficult to come by,
she's a diamond in the rough.
Her husband lives free of trust issues,
and thoughts of her bring a smile to his face.
Her number one priority is taking good care of her man,
placing her family first each and every day.
Always wearing their Sunday best,
her children are dressed neat as a pin.
She's well traveled and knowledgeable,
full of wonder and surprises.
She's up at the break of dawn to prepare a hearty breakfast,
organizing her family's schedule.
Her husband trusts her with major decisions,
knowing full well that she can handle trouble with ease.
She's bubbly, outgoing, and strong-willed,
eager to roll up her sleeves.
Her actions are productive,
and she's determined to finish the job.
She designs her home with elegance and class,
each room more luxurious than the next.
Living as a servant of Christ,
she lends the needy a helping hand.
Ready for whatever life throws at her family,
prepared for the worst, praying for the best.
Her feminine style is delicate and charming,
acting polished and polite with everyone she meets.
Her husband is a man of God,
leading the community through the Word.
Her garden is colorful, tall, and blooming,
and she always picks a fresh bunch for the kitchen table.
Her words are kind and well-chosen,
and she grins without worry of tomorrow.
She's in control of her home,
teaching her children through her wisdom.
Her family respects and adores her,
and her husband feels like a million bucks:
“There are many women with grand resume's,
but your love and affection has outdone them all!”
Sly words can mislead and attractiveness soon withers,
but a woman who lives for Jesus shall be exalted.
Her rewards will be mighty!
Allow her qualities to publicly proclaim her goodness!
