Nothing Else

There's nothing else to lose, there's nothing else to find,

there's nothing in the world, that can change my mind,

there is nothing else.

God calls us to fall more deeply in love with Him every day.
Reading the beloved Word, spending precious time in quiet prayer,
and handing over our anxieties will lead to nothing short of pure bliss.

"If you remain in me and my words remain in you,
ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you." (John 15:7)
With a promise like this, how can we not cling to Jesus?

My favorite scripture, Romans 8:28, shares that: "God works all things together
for the good of those who love him and have been called according to his purpose."
Guess what? You've been called! You're His beloved child,
and He wants to know you on a deeper level.

Psalm 67 says that "God will bless us." These blessings may not involve glory and gold, but they will involve love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22).
We will no longer cling to the desires of our flesh, instead allowing Christ to
cleanse our hearts and hunger for righteousness.

Following the call of God means going against the evil norms
of society and walking the narrow path.

"Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world is an enemy of God" (James 4:4).
As scary as that sounds, it's actually the only way to truly live.
Our lives are in His hands, but only if we seek him first.
