...blizzards? For all you fellow Wisconsin Badgers out there, you feel my pain. What gives? 70 degrees last week, and today I woke up to snow. What a tease.

I'm a summer girl. The sun definitely agree's with me and my lifestyle. Running outside, picnics at the beach, reading on the hammock, rollerblading the boardwalk, lounging in the pool... it's what I do, it's what I love. The day after my birthday, as sad as it can be, has an upside:

the first day of springtime! woo!

Although this darn weather may be forgetting summer is right around the corner, I sure haven't. The best way to enjoy the spring and summer months? Write a bucketlist, hang it over your bed, and highlight the one's you complete. Don't let the seasons pass you by, girlfriend.

If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's that we must choose to be happy. Some of the happiest people come from the toughest situations, and vice versa. Make the most of what you have, be the best you you can be, and make the choice to be happy. Run a bubble bath, pour a glass of wine, and write up your bucket list, because it's gonna be a summer to remember. I leave you with this, ladies:

never, ever underestimate the importance of having some fun
